Sink into postures for 2-5 minutes, working the Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian lines and working with fascia, our connective tissue around muscles and joints. You will love this practice to balance out any other exercise or movement in your repertoire, and move towards a state of meditation.
We are partnering with DAO Labs! We will enjoy DAO Labs’ Sleep Remedy Chinese herb tea while students sample for the last 15-minutes. This class will focus on the physical and mental decompression from a day/week to drive better sleep patterns.
This class is only a couple weeks before Power Yoga Teacher Training begins! This means you still have time to enroll to study anatomy, philosophy, history, and more with me and an incredible team of teachers and leaders for 13 weeks. Contact me for more information!
