Vinyasa Yoga is a creative and dynamic practice which integrates breath with flowing movement, along with inner and outer alignment, strength, and flexibility. You are encouraged to move at your own pace and our teachers incorporate their personal expertise and creativity making each Vinyasa class a unique experience.
This uplifting class is suitable for all levels to attend and will meet each yogi at their own level of practice. Beginner students will find support and modifications offered while advanced students will be encouraged to deepen their experience and move into more advanced variations with mindfulness to both alignment and breath.
This class is practiced in a heated room (85 degrees) and some knowledge of basic yoga postures and sun salutations is recommended.
